By accessing or using AdvanceAppDev's services, website, or engaging us for development work, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
AdvanceAppDev provides mobile application development services including but not limited to:
All development projects are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Project Agreement that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and costs. In case of conflict between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement shall prevail.
Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and assets created specifically for their project.
Third-Party Components: Projects may include open-source libraries or third-party components subject to their respective licenses.
Our Tools: We retain rights to our internal tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in development.
We agree to keep all client information, business plans, and project details confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement. We are happy to sign mutual NDAs upon request.
We warrant that our services will be performed professionally and workmanlike. All projects include a warranty period (typically 30-90 days) for bug fixes related to delivered work.
We do not warrant that apps will be approved by app stores, as approval is at the discretion of Apple and Google.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Clients agree to:
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed to date. Completed deliverables will be transferred upon payment.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, under AAA rules.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
